What's the difference between the packages?

Every package delivers the same work: a developed formula, sourced and vetted ingredient suppliers, negotiated pricing and minimums, physical samples, line-item costing and documentation your team can procure against.

The difference is the clock. A three-week Standard project lets suppliers respond on their normal sampling schedule and gives the flavor and sweetener system room for a full revision cycle. Expedited compresses supplier response and negotiation windows. Rush runs the project as the active priority, with same-day routing on supplier replies and daily reporting, which is what a one-week turnaround actually requires.

Additional SKUs — a lemonade alongside your fruit punch, for example — are billed at the per-SKU rate for that tier, because most of the strategy, sourcing and supplier work carries over.

Evaluation of supplier options, documentation and supply reliability before you commit.
Price negotiation
Ingredient pricing negotiated on your behalf against your projected volumes.

Costing
A line-item cost build for the formula, checked against your target retail economics.
Pass-off package
Procurement-ready documentation so your team can begin buying immediately.

Add-on services

Process authority letters and nutritional testing are handled as add-on services and quoted per project, because both depend on the finished formula, the process and the lab or authority involved. We'll flag which ones your product needs during development rather than after.

Terms on lead times

All timelines are subject to sample availability from suppliers. If a selected supplier cannot provide ingredient samples inside the window, the scope of work stays the same but the stated lead time is not guaranteed. Where this risk exists, we say so at the start and offer alternative suppliers where they exist.
